The Present Moment

I read a poem the other day that inspired me to write about the present moment. I wanted to share it with you today, so here it goes...

Days have passed, months came, years are on their way.

How we wish you were still here with us now.

Thoughts of you linger in our head, 

We still can't believe that you've gone so soon, 

Leaving behind just memories of your brief visit. 

Easy come, and easy go

It's very hard to let you go

Don't think we won't remember

Because we will never forget.

Days have passed, months came, years are on their way.

Even though you're gone, you won't ever go astray!

Time never comes back... The only element that is equal to everybody.
